What are your symptoms?
I have tremor in my left hand and some jerkiness in my arm at times, as well as stiffness in my neck and knees.
How did you hear about Punches 4 Parkinson’s (P4P)?
Through my support group.
How important do you feel it is to stay physically active while living with Parkinson’s?
Totally important! It helps me keep a positive outlook and I can move better after each boxing session.
How has training with P4P impacted your symptoms?
The training and boxing has greatly improved my movement and fitness.
Have you ever boxed before P4P?
No!
Besides for training your body, how else does the organization support you?
This group at 110 has a number of classes for physical and emotional well being, not to mention educational seminars held on a weekly basis.
What does the organization mean to you, and how has it impacted your life?
