If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit.

ALL ITEMS MARKED ‘FINAL SALE’ ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS!

 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Pre-Orders are final sale.
Accessories are final sale.
All original tags must be attached.
***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

TO RETURN:

Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! 🙂
Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and the printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
As of December 2022, Punch 4 Parkinson’s no longer offers free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s).

Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
