It is one of the most important things to stay active while living with Parkinson’s! It helps me emotionally and physically. I would recommend anyone diagnosed to start early.
How has training with P4P impacted your symptoms?
P4P is my medicine and it is free! P4P and DTS have helped me gain my balance back and improved my walking. At P4P and DTS We don’t get treated like we have Parkinson’s, We get treated like fighters because that’s what we are!
