Players purchase tickets for a weekly drawing. The player whose ticket is drawn gets to pick a card. If the card selected is the Queen of Hearts, the player wins the pot. But if another card is drawn, the game continues for another week with what’s left of the deck until the Queen of Hearts is drawn.

The Queen is Open!
How It Works
The Queen of Hearts raffle utilizes an official Queen of Hearts manufacturer’s giveaway board. The board has been developed specifically for the Punches 4 Parkinson’s Giveaway Game and has 54 sealed envelopes (1 card in each envelope) containing a full deck of cards in random order, including two Jokers. Tickets are sold for $10.00 each and available during the week online. The drawing date will be set on a weekly basis at a date/time.
How are the Cards Selected?
A tumbler or similar device is used for mixing raffle tickets, and must be mixed within public view. The owner of the winning ticket selected from the tumbler chooses the envelope containing a card from the game board.
Do I Need to Purchase a Ticket Each Week?
YOUR TICKETS ARE ONLY SUBJECT TO THE CURRENT WEEK’S DRAWING. New tickets can be purchased weekly.
How Do I Win?
To win the entire jackpot, you must pick the Queen of Hearts from the board. If the Queen of Hearts is not drawn, the pot rolls over to the following week. The pot will continue to build until the Queen of Hearts is drawn; this could take up to 54 weeks.
Where can I Watch the Weekly Drawing?
Weekly drawings will be held on Facebook Live @ Punch 4 Parkinson’s Winner Circle. We will call the winner of the drawing to pick an envelope from the Giveaway board.
Do I Have to Pay Taxes if I Win?
Winnings over $300 are subject to taxes. Punch 4 Parkinson’s WILL NOT be responsible for taxes. Queen of Hearts game winners will receive a 1099 and be responsible for reporting all earnings.
How is the Money Allocated?
If the winning ticket holder picks the Queen of Hearts, they will receive 75% of the pot. The organization Punch 4 Parkinson’s, running the giveaway game, will receive 25%. If you pull a pay card i.e. Joker or another Queen suit you will receive a $250 cash prize. The winning ticket pulled each week will receive $10, which will accrue each week (i.e. week 10 will be $100).
