Frequently Asked Questions about The Club

How do I know this is real?

Punch 4 Parkinson’s is a registered 501C3 nonprofit organization. We raise funds through our events and giveaways. We have given away over $3,000,000 in prizes. Since 2015, we have raised over $1,000,000 and supported over 600 Warriors that battle Parkinson’s each day. Check out our Instagram and Facebook Page to see our previous giveaways, winners and events.

Is there any giveaways excluded?

Yes subscriptions do not include entries into our Queen of Hearts, 100k Drawing (limited to 2,500 tickets) or any future games with limited amounts of tickets available.

Where do I see my entries?

When you purchase entries, we’ll send a receipt to your account. This will allow you to keep track of how many entries you’ve purchased.

How is the winner selected?

Winners are selected through a random live drawing from all eligible entries.

How will I be notified if I win?

All winners are notified through the email and phone number they provide.

How is the money used?

The money we collect is used to pay for our Warrior’s participation in immersive programs featuring non-combat boxing, training, and exercise.

Can I change my membership?

Yes, if you visit the My Account page and click Subscriptions you will be able to edit your membership level.

Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your membership in The Club at any time. However, doing so will result in not receiving the end of year gift.

Do I have to pay taxes if I win?

All winnings over $1200 are subject to taxes. If your prize exceeds this amount, you will be given a 1099-G. Punch 4 Parkinson’s WILL NOT be responsible for taxes.
