Punch 4 Parkinson’s started when Ryan Roach, our founder, realized that his uncle Freddie had kept his Parkinson’s symptoms at bay for over 3 decades.

His secret was BOXING. So when the civil rights activist Jesse Jackson was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease too, he came to train with Freddie:

“When he got here, he could barely climb the steps to the ring,” the elder Roach has said of Jackson. “After 10 days of training, he wanted to race me.” Both men attribute boxing with offsetting some of the devastating effects of Parkinson’s disease.

And research has confirmed their theory.

That’s why we have raised over $1,000,000 to support our warriors. We help them find a sanctioned USA boxing training center, so they can offset the devastating effects of Parkinson’s through non-combat training.
